After reading a bunch of mixed reviews, I wasn’t sure if Pre and Provitalize would actually help. Some people said it did nothing for them—but I figured I’d give it a try anyway. I’ve been using both for several months now and initially thought they were just helping with gut health and menopause bloating.When I stopped taking them for a month to try managing things through diet alone, I quickly noticed the difference. The bloating came back almost immediately, and I felt off—like my hormones were doing their own thing again. It’s tough to describe, but anyone dealing with menopause knows that internal “ugh” feeling. Digestively, I was also back to pebbles (not fun). Going back on the supplements brought me relief pretty fast.Yes, they’re on the pricey side, but considering how I feel without them, they’re worth it for me. If you’re unsure, I get it, but they may be worth a try.

Have these helped me lose weight? No.Do I have glorious poops when I take these? Yes.I use these with the provitalize supplements.Not sure if they are worth the money or if another probiotic would make more sense and still create the same lovely poops I have been having while being gentler on my wallet.

I’ve listened to so many reviews where people claim that they have lost weight during the extreme beginning of taking these capsules. Some people say two weeks they’ve noticed something happened to their bodies and their weight on the scale. So I’m taking Pre-vitalize and pro vitalize. Four months ago to date today I have gained 6 pounds, I am more than bloated. I am huge, I am extremely uncomfortable. I cannot eliminate my waste properly matter of fact I’m extremely constipated. I’ve also Google searched people like me who had adverse effects, I am one of those people, four months of my life, wasted, taking something that did more harm than good to be so disappointed

So far so good but just started taking and I know it will take some time to see results. However I am feeling better.

I’ve taken Provitalize for months with great success. Recently had an awful stomach flu and it was taking forever for my stomach to get *right* again. Someone suggested taking Previtalize with my Provitalize. Right off the bat something was wrong. I was jittery and edgy. Snapping at my coworkers and family. I also had hives but I attributed that to my anxiety. I cut down to one previtalize with two Provitalize every morning. The jitters went away but the hivey rash continued to get worse. For two weeks. I was itchy and uncomfortable. I didn’t realize it was the previtalize until I spoke to the NP in my doctors office. Burdock root is an ingredient in previtalize that can cause issues for people with ragweed allergies, including dermatitis. I stopped taking it on Tuesday and by Thursday my hives were about 85% gone. Today is Friday and my skin seems to be back to normal. While I can’t say enough good things about Provitalize, Previtalize is unfortunately not for me.

First time ordering this. Very happy so far with the results.
