They are opaque enough to protect the clothes from sunlight if on an open rail and add to the cover's durability. The opening at the top is covered with a flap, so that it looks neat and is a barrier to dust and moths. I think they may be too large for use when travelling, but would be very useful if transferring clothing to, for example, a camper van, or when moving house.

Good value, does exactly what it says does exactly what it should do

The main issue, the Velcro fastenings have not been attached correctly both pieces need to meet correctly to "zip" the covers fully, therefore the ties would not support weighty garments for long.For the price they are expensive and I was expecting much better quality & performance so I have returned them and cannot give a rating. in this case you do not get what you pay for.1 star as hey were delivered so quickly.
