Prophet, Arise: Your Call to Boldly Speak the Word of the Lord Paperback – July 7, 2015

I love John Eckhardts books. They have helped alot. I bought this book along with a few others of this series and I have not been able to finish them. Let me tell you, the enemy never wants you to know the truth and walk in it. He will try to stop you every turn he gets but we have to keep going. Allow God to lead you to whom to listen too to help you. I didn't know how to pray and the lord led me His books to help with my prayer life and spiritual warfare I have endured my entire life. What I have noticed in his books is he uses scripture and with those scriptures you can use in prayer. Folks we can't continue those baby prayers we need to learn to pray, I mean really pray, to destroy and break things. Nothing like those before us but better and follow through. I'm not perfect, I'm far but let me tell you since I've learned to pray using the word my life is better. Don't ever allow Noone to tell you that the Lord, God is not real and prayer does nothing because it does. It changes things, it breaks, destroys, releases, build I can go on but never allow anyone to tell you different. I'm going to keep going until I finish those books. Daily Declarations for spiritual warfare helped start and kickoff my prayer life. God does use people to show us the way and even the Lord himself will show and teach you. You just have to allow him too. People of The Lord, it is time to rise up and become who God spoke and created us to be!! I hope this help someone because this is for me as well!!

So amazingly packed with a treasure trove of knowledge. I no longer have any burning question of who I am, and what am I to do. Seems I’ve been doing it without even realizing it! HALLELUJAH! Our Lord is phenomenal!! Thank you for writing this, I’ve sent it to a couple people as well. Very much so worth the read.

Reading this book opened my eyes to understand what it means to be a prophet. It listed many things that I didn't realize was characteristics of a prophet. It solidified in me rather I was one or not. If you wonder why you act a certain way or are more sensitive to things spiritual than most then I recommend reading this book!

This book open my eyes and heart to the office of a prophet. If only read it years ago it would have saved me a lot of heartbreaks and misunderstandings

I liked that the book wasn’t long but still informative. I had recommended this book to many and we have shared in a small group ministry.

This is the most profound book that I have read since The Harbinger!!! I have The Prophet's Dictionary which really explained the calling on my life in detail. But Prophet Arise takes you on a journey of a prophet's life...the highs and the lows. It is a very easy read. I recommend this book for all that are called into prophetic ministry; but especially for those of us that are new walking in it fully!!! And it is also good for Pastors that don't understand their prophetic sheep. And I can't leave out the congregations that the five-fold ministry is in full effect...this book will sharpen those in all areas and show how the prophet flows with the other gifts!!! I just can not say enough about how GREAT this book is written!!!

I really enjoyed this book. It just became very repetitive and most points apply to anyone who call themselves a true Christian not just a prophet. Unless I am a prophet that doesn't know she is and other true Christians don't live and think like this.

Reading this book gave strength to my spirit man as I read the Scriptures and declarations. It is a well laid out study, a setting in order of pertinent Scriptures -- it is just like the author is speaking and exhorting, directly to me. I have given it as a gift to others, also. If you think you are prophetic, buy it! If you know someone who is prophetic, buy and read so you can understand their spiritual role. If you are in a church or ministry, get this book and see that God has appointed such a role for people - it is for our growth, and for our good! And, prophet: Arise! Begin seeing, hearing, and declaring in intercession, for you are needed for such a time as this!
