YESWELDER Flux Core Gasless MIG Wire, E71T-GS Mild Carbon Steel .030-Inch Diameter 2-Pound, Strong ABS Plastic Spool Welding Wire

I'm just about to finish my 1st 2lb spool of this stuff and it's been fantastic. Welds come out clean and low spatter (notably, I also use Weld-Kleen 350 anti-spatter which also helps). I've been using Blue Demon wire for the last couple years on a Harbor Freight Titanium Easy-Flux 125 machine (which I love and recommend for amateurs like myself), but jumping to this Yes Welder wire has been a major improvement. BD is a solid product but it's now out of budget. I would usually buy 10lb spools of BD and re-spool into 2lb spools, but what started at $7/2lb a few years back, is now over $13/2lb today. My 1st order of YW wire came out to about $8/2lb for 6 rolls, I don't need to re-spool them, and the results are great. Although I've only used one roll so far, and still have 5 more on the shelf, I'm going to stock up on some more to make sure I don't run out any time soon.

I was not sure if this was going to be a wise purchase since I had never used anything but Amercan name brand flux core wire in my Lincoln welder. What an amazing suprise the first time I used this YESWELDER flux core wire, it works great! It came well packaged, you could not ask for better protection for shipping or long term storage. This flux core wire welds amazing well, even over not so clean metal and leaves a strong durable weld. This flux core wire flows really well, very low splatter, and makes it easy to set heat levels. The spool fit my machine better than than the OEM spools.

For the money this welding wire is some of the best I’ve used. Low splatter over all a very good product, I’d definitely recommend this.

excellent wire, out performs every other brand I have purchased in the past, now this is the only brand i will use.

I'm a DIY and I wasn't sure if I wanted to go gasless, but I get very good welds with this. Very little slag or splatter. I'm using it on my 180 AMP Eastwood MIG. I also purchased the gasless nozzle and tips to get closer to the work. I replaced the spool feed wheel with one that feeds this flux core wire. I Love my setup!

For the price it works as well as you would want. It does have a fair amount of splatter. However, if you can adjust your welding machines output you can minimize the splatter somewhat.

My new report: the better miller machine does VERY well now with the flux core wire AFTER I realized that my welders polarity was reversed!!! I was ready to give up on the Miller and go back to my cheaper Lincoln. I’m glad I found out about the possibility of it being a polarity issue and I swapped the ground and gun wiring. Because of the current quality of weld, the packaging, clean wire, smooth quiet feed, and reasonable price, I’m changing to 5 star. ——————— old review below—————- welds nicely but wow, what a LOT OF SPLATTER!! I tried multiple settings, and it's NOT just because the wire feed was too fast. I ran this with my new Miller 141 and lincoln flux core wire through my Lincoln 140 welder on the same metal and the difference was NIGHT AND DAY! Virtually NO splatter with the Lincoln wire and TONS of large splatter with the Yeswelder wire! This splatter could NOT just be wired off either, must be ground.

Tenía mis dudas acerca de este producto vs el lincoln, pero al usarlo me sorprendí de la facilidad que se funde sin casi hacer chisporroteo, deja limpio el cordon. Súper recomendable!!
