This card is great if you are looking for an affordable way to make international calls. Super convenient (it’s the size of a credit card and pretty thin too), easy to use, and it’s rechargeable so you won’t have to get a new card when the money is used. My cell phone service provides international calls, outgoing and receiving, with coverage in almost all countries across the world. I guess I need to find a place to travel where it won’t work or it will cost me a fortune - then I’ll really be “off the grid!”

I bought a $10 Zuzume Phone Card. I read the instructions carefully, several times, because I had never used a Phone card before and wanted to ensure I wouldn’t make any mistakes. I followed those instructions to the letter and waited for my call to be connected to my dogs carer in the Caribbean. I waited for 10 minutes and was NOT connected. So, I tried again. Imagine my utter surprise when I was notified that the balance on the Zuzume Phone Card was reduced to $6 with a mere 18 minutes remaining. How can that be? I made no call! I was NOT connected! The word that come to mind is “Rip Off”. Zuzume’s Customer Care remains unattainable! I will not purchase another Zuzume Phone Card again nor can I recommend it to anyone else. The one star in this review goes to Amazon for its delivery of the Zuzume Phone Card in a timely manner and in good condition.

Works great with making phone calls. Never a problem.

I use this card to compliment my AT&T landline that I have here in the mountains. The crooks at AT&T want to hurt you real bad for calls outside your local area. My basic local service still costs me 60 bucks a month. The Zuizume card helps me if I have to make a landline call that's not local. Cell phone service is crap in these mountains so the ZuZume helps immensely with the landline (when it works). I think the minutes are cheap enough, but I think you get zapped with some kind of service fee that eats into your minutes. Make a couple of short calls and the needle moves quickly down.

Bought this card for my son who doesn't have cell phone service where he traveled. It was supposed to have 344 minutes but when my son tried using it it said it only had 62 cents and not enough to make ine call!! Now he has no way to communicate!!!

Good sound quality, stable connection easy dialing . Caveat emptor - rates shown are deceiving. I was charged rate almost 3 higher than rate advertised on site . While rates can conceivably go up, Customer Service said there is no place to find current rate which means you have to talk to CS every time you're about to make a call if you want to know the true rate for the call . No automated way to recharge on website, only by talking to CS and providing private information including credit card. Who knows where it ends up . Once you tie the card to particular phone number, if you want to call from different phone, you can untie only by talking to CS . Customer Service however courteous, responsive and helpful .
