Wipe all oil, dirt even sweat on body.  Step-2: Put the nipple cover onto the nipple softly, making the outer edge of which be stuck to the skin.  Step-3: With the upper body leaning forward, attach the chest to the chest and flatten the edges. Step-4: Wear clothing and complete. Please Note:  These covers/lifts are made from medical grade silicone gel and are designed for sensitive skin, however, we recommend first-time-use be limited to 4 hours to ensure no adverse reactions. If you experience any signs of irritation, rash, or discomfort, you should remove these Nippleless Covers immediately.  Never use on skin that has a rash, sores, skin disorder, or sunburn, or if you have any current or family history of skin irritation issues.  NEVER remove dirt or clean your Nippleless Covers by scraping them with a fingernail, or using abrasive soap. Subtle lift
These were pleasantly affective on my larger than average chest. The photo shows the sticky bra on the right. It gives a lift that looks natural and can be non showing in lower tops. I am an E cup.

Perfect for dresses
These sticky bras are perfect for backless, low cut spaghetti strap and/or strapless dresses. They provide nice support and shape. I normally wear a 34B bra and they fit me well. I could easily see them working for larger sizes also. I was mine with a little soap and water after wearing and they keep their stickiness. I feel so much more comfortable than going braless.

Perfect solution for backless dress
I was skeptical to try these. I am so glad I tried them as they worked miracles for my backless dress I wore to a summer outdoor wedding. Not only did these hold my girls up but they also keep me from having sweat stains under my boobs. I am a larger chest too at 38D. Very happy with these and saved me $$$ by not having to buy one of those premium bras.

Exactly what I needed
I will admit, I was a bit hesitant about this bra, as I am a DD cup. But I was quite surprised by how much it lifted by breast, and stayed on, even while sweating outside for a few hours. Definitely would recommend.

Sticks without the lift
I am 36 DD. These gels stuck to me only when not trying to lift. When trying to lift, the strip would unstick. I honestly think I'm just too big or heavy for heavy for these gels to fight gravity. Speaking to the stickiness as regular pasties, they stayed on all day + night during an August outdoor wedding

Good quality
I’ve only ever seen these made as nipple covers so this was new. They seem to be good quality and will hold up for awhile. I definitely recommend!

Supportive and reusable!
These nipple covers are great for when you need some coverage and support but dont want a bra to show through do to the type of outfit you are wearing. They provide some lift and you won't have any nipple show through I like that theyre reusable and stay stuck on well.
