I lost the lid. Can someone suggest a good replacement lid? Thanks.

The directions say do not microwave and hand wash only. Does that apply to the whole thing or just the lid? Can I put the ceramic cup in the dishwashe

I don’t know about microwave, but I have personally put mine in the dishwasher many times with no negative effects (lid and mug)

How is the dimension of bottom part?

The diameter of the base is 2.5" or 64mm.

Why does the lid not fit?It’s terrible.

One of the reasons may be that the silicone seal on the lid was installed inside out. The solution is very simple: Remove it and install it upside down.
