Headache hat and Migraine Relief hat - Ice hat Good for Migraine Headaches and Tension Relief, Adjustable, Comfortable, Long Cool

I was hesitant at first on this purchase due to the price and lack of reviews as I was looking to purchase for my sister who has been dealing with chronic migraines for about 4-5 months now and wow, I am glad we took the gamble.It is really nice surprisingly, comes with the pictured cold packs, hat is cozy, pouches and stitching is good and above all else my sister loves it and at the end of the day although it may not be all the relief we are looking for, it does help!

the hat doesn’t fit good when you put it on the ice packs are so hard they are very uncomfortable

Thought ice pack would fit in front on your head not on the sides

ice packs solid when frozen, gel packs would be more comfortable especially on head

I suffer with migraines and sinus headaches. The gel bags provide quick relief. The hat keeps my hands free to do other things and I can walk around with it on instead of having to stay in one place.
