These chips are GREAT!!! Super low in carbs (only 5 in the whole bag before they do the "net carb" garbage which, in all fairness, is garbage -- a carb is a carb and your body does NOT recognize "net carbs"), really high in protein, great crunch like a "real" chip, light, and taste wonderful!!! If you like chips (potato or corn) but have to limit or eliminate them while you're dieting THIS is the product/company for you! I have a huge issue with carbs - my body turns them straight into sugar, so I keep them out of my diet as much as possible. The fact that Quest chips only have 5 carbs in an entire bag makes me want to shout with joy from the rooftops! I had a cup of low fat cottage cheese and a bag of these chips for lunch. The cottage cheese had 28 grams of protein with 6 carbs and these chips added 19 grams of protein with 5 carbs. Eleven carbs at one meal is really high for me, but I eliminated the carbs from my dinner (and only needed a light dinner because the protein kept me full all day). Forty-seven grams of protein in one meal with under 400 calories is a trainer's dream!! I've also tried Quest's barbeque flavor chips, sour cream and cheddar chips, and taco flavored tortilla chips which are as low in carbs and high in protein. The barbeque flavor really is like eating a regular barbeque flavored potato chip, and the taco flavored tortilla chips really taste great - like eating a taco! Not a big fan of the sour cream and cheddar chips which surprised me....but, you can't have everything! Don't know how Quest scientists did it, but they did a bang up job!!

These are pretty good. I love that it is 19g of protein, (supposedly) low carbs and gluten free. It's a great way to have some decadent food without ingesting major junk food. Each serving is individually sealed in a foil bag that keeps them very fresh. I've been eating them for over a year and frequently buy the 24 count boxes. They are very convenient for a quick protein boost because they are pre-measured into servings and can just be grabbed, opened and eaten on the go. The chips are very crunchy and have an intense barbecue taste. They are also very salty (in a good way) and will satisfy any chip craving. Sometimes some of the chips are almost too hard. I've also had batches where the chips were very flaky and kind of too light. The texture varies quite a bit. Sometimes I've had barbecue chips or beans that have a light, non-tangy, non-tasty taste. These are just the opposite. The barbeque is bold and in your face. Overall, these are quite tasty, not my favorite protein chip, but up there in the top 5.

Calorie wise, these aren't much better than a regular bag of chips. But nutrition wise, they seem to be the better alternative. They provide a good amount of protein and less carbs and fat than your regular potato chips. The flavor is great! The texture is suitable. Like a lot of higher protein items, it does have a sort of gritty texture when you're done chewing, but that doesn't bother me. These are good to have on hand if you're trying to cut back on junk food eating habits. If you're truly craving something salty, they provide a more guilt free alternative!

They are okay and do taste "healthy". For the macros I say they are worth it (protein) but in regards to the taste, they are not disgusting but remind a bit of baked pringles except those taste much better.

Deliciously cheesy, like someone invited your taste buds to a party and only the good snacks showed up. And Sour Cream & Onion—classic. A little tangy, a little savory, and a whole lotta awesome. Now, texture-wise, think baked Lays, not fried Lays. They’re a bit lighter, a little more crunchy, and honestly? I’m okay with that because HELLO, protein chips! We’re here for the gainz, right? All right, who am I kidding. We’re here because we’re keto or something like it and looking to cheat. Well, theese bad boys don’t leave you with chip guilt, high carbs, or the oily fingers. Win-win. And let’s talk about the protein. You’d never guess you’re chomping on something that’s actually good(ish) for you. It’s like sneaking into the junk food world with a healthy passport. “Yes, I’m eating chips... but also fueling my muscles, thank you very much.” Do they 100% cure my fried-chip cravings? Meh, no, because nothing replaces a deep-fried chip party. BUT when I’m trying to be healthy and still want to satisfy that salty snack urge, these hit the spot like a champ. Plus, I can throw back an entire bag without feeling like I need to repent at the gym for a week. Final verdict? 5 stars. These protein-packed crunchy delights will be your new best friend when the snack monster strikes. Just don’t expect them to taste like grandma’s secret-recipe potato chips. They're like the gym buddy of the chip world—motivating, healthy, and still pretty darn tasty. TLDR: Quest Protein Chips are like baked Lays that go to CrossFit. Tasty, crunchy, and totally satisfying when the chip cravings hit.

I love these, I have ordered them several times. They remind me of BBQ Baked Lays. Flavor is great and over a great way to help achieve your protein goals. For me they definitely help when I am craving chips.
