Ok these are actually pretty great. I usually go to the grocery store and buy the blue ones from Dr. S, for like $20 per pair. I got fed up and found this 3-pair pack that cost much less and decided to go for it. These are pretty comfortable and have a good thickness - noticeably thicker than normal, and I can especially tell in my Vans. I am up and walking all the time and so far these are holding up well, and seem very durable. I have also noticed that my heels are supported pretty well by the pad in the back. So far, really happy with this purchase for both the comfort and for the cost.

These are good shoe inserts. they provide a bit of lift and comfort in the shoe. The forward portion of the insert is very thin, but there is a thicker heel.

I like these, and love the price. only issue is the cut lines are in metric sized and you need to convert before trimming.

The cushioning on my tennis shoes was pretty well gone so I purchased these after reading many reviews and am very satisfied with the purchase. They fit in my shoes perfectly. The instructions said to cut the edges to fit the shoe but that was not necessary for my size 12 shoes. If you have smaller, you would need to trim. If you have larger, you might need to purchased a different product.

These are awesome value. I originally purchased for just one pair of shoes. They made them so much more comfortable I quickly swapped out another two pairs. I now need to buy more. Modern shoes seem to use “memory foam” sole inserts which are really comfortable for a few weeks. Then they’re permanently flat and uncomfortable…. That’s where these inserts come in.
