I used the 4ft /1.2m extension to connect a laptop and a PC to headphones/mic and it worked flawlessly. Sound quality was at it should be. The plugs cleanly snapped into place. The finger holds machined into the metal plugs made them easy to grasp. You can tell that care went into the machining of the plugs. I love the great flexibility of the cable and the protection that the braided covering will give it. The way the male plug necks down before the contacts begin is the difference between fitting or not fitting in many cases, including mine! In closing, you are getting what you pay for: a high performing well designed cable that you should enjoy a long time of use from.

The cable is made nicely and the sheathing is really durable. Unfortunately this extension cable does not allow the use of the internal mic and I love the Apple earbuds nor the volume up or volume down buttons. But on the other hand the build quality is excellent as well as the metal barrels. Even though this does not work with trans manning the microphone or volume controls of the Apple earbuds I am going to keep this as it will be nice to add to my collection for more standard headphones. Unfortunately in my case it did not work for what was needed but like I said on the other hand great cable so I’m gonna keep it

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Perfect length and well made

I got this wire for a exstion for a headset that i received. The wire thats plugs in to ps4 controller is the same length as the usb that powers the lights in the headset. It is perfect for what in need. I haven't had the wire long so i can't talk about durability yet. The sound is awesome, no static, no popping noise. I feel its definitely worth the money

I use it taped to my guitar cable for a wired IEM (In Ear Monitor) solution. I chose this length because it is a little bit (1ft) longer than my 15ft guitar cable. The sound is very clear and loud, so the cable must have pretty low resistance. The female jack at first seemed to not want to lock, but you have to press headphone connector in HARD. So it is REALLY locked. Awesome! Not hard to remove, though, which is also a plus. Thank you!

I used this to route a plug from my mic on a boom arm to a location under my desk. No problems at all.

Nice cable, I use it for a headset/mic and it works as it should. Nylon braided wiring is nice, as it doesn't get tangled up or easily knotted. Tight, secure and clear connection. Overall a good deal and should hold up for a long time.
