Didn't work for me. My SO still heard me snoring. I tried on both hands but it was no help. Also, the instructions you get use the tiniest font so they can have instructions in multiple languages. Really hard to read.But, for $15 it was worth a shot. But the shot missed the mark.

Ok, I waited about 2 weeks before writing a review. Just to make sure it was a long lasting effect. I had started snoring pretty intensely after weight gain, stress, etc. I used to be one of those silent sleeper types that would hardly move or make noise all night so when my partner told me I was snoring like a bear... every night... I was so embarrassed!! It got so bad that I started clenching my teeth at night so that I wouldn't snore... developed TMJ because of it... and tried EVERYTHING from air purifiers, those super non sexy nose strips, humidifiers... you name it. All unsuccessful. So after seeing a similar product (that didn't work) on groupon, I looked at reviews on this one, most were positive, so i thought hell for the price what have I got to lose. First night, the snoring was light... very light, second day... GONE .... third night GONE... my partner suffers from insomnia and has been able to see it in action personally. I'm THRILLED... so so very happy with this product. If it doesn't work for you try it on a different hand and make sure it's tight enough to create pressure on your pressure points. If you just slip it on of course it's not going to work for you! Its called acuPRESSURE for a reason. I recommended this product to family and the two that have purchased the item also saw significant results.

Has not worked for me at all. Instructions are written in about font size 2 so are not even legible. Waste of money.

I purchased two one for daughter and her boyfriend she snores almost as bad as mu husband..boyfriend has said she doesn't wake him up snoring...as for my husband it has helped some he doesn't sound like a freight train in the bed now but he still snores a fair amount just softer and more consistent sound

From the very first night my husband wore the ring his snoring has diminished dramatically. He feels much more rested and hasn't been waking me up when he "snorts". Both of us are getting a much better quality of sleep when he wears the Acusnore ring. Attempted to use this for over a month and no positive results. My wife said when she would come in after I was sleeping, it made no difference.

Description says it includes three ring sizes. Wrong! My box arrived with only one ring in it and Amazon doesn’t accept returns for this item because it’s considered jewelry.The instructions are written so small there’s no way to read them.A $15.00 lesson learned the hard way.If the distributor happens to read this, send me a new of rings!

It does seem to help reduce the snoring although it doesn't totally eliminate it. It has reduced the number of times I have to put essential oils on my hubby in order to sleep.
