New drill
Not sure what I expected when I ordered this drill to replace the one I've had for around 10 years after the smoke went out of it. I loved that drill. But I still had the batteries and charger. Not sure what I xpected to receive when I ordered this. Maybe a reconditioned drill or one someone had used for a project, then returned.No, this is a brand new drill, exactly like my old favorite.Best cordless drill I ever owned!

I love this series of tools
I have had several of this family of tools for some years now. My most recent purchase was to extend my collection as I often have projects that require more than one or two different bits/drills and I hate having to stop and change a bit only later change it back. The batteries last a really long time and charge quickly, the drill and drivers are fairly light to use causing less stress of the wrist. I now hardly ever use my 18 volt tools unless it's needed.

The size & weight are the important features of this drill. Other drills are more powerful but are larger and heavier to carry around.

The chuck slips right from day one made in Mexico...DeWalt should be ashamed to have their name on it!
