It has a good blend of oats and other stuff, it’s filling, and isn’t padded out with cornflakes or other cheap fillers that drive me nuts with American mueslis. I’ve tried Bob’s tropical muesli too, and while it’s also tasty this version is more filling and overall more satisfying (as well as being about half the price!) It’s now the only muesli I buy, and sometimes it’s the only breakfast cereal I eat for weeks at a time. It’s usually much cheaper to buy a case on desertcart than a single bag in the grocery store - if you can even find it there, as it’s sometimes kept in the baking aisle with the Bob’s Red Mill flour.

Healthy breakfast, great source of fiber
My doctor told me to eat more fiber. This has possibly the most fiber you can get in any food. I put hot water in it to soften it up, then after about 15 minutes I add Greek yogurt, protein powder and blueberries. Yes, this is an obnoxiously healthy breakfast and yes, I have noticed a huge difference, no additional details necessary. My order came with 2 bags and even though I eat this pretty much every morning, these packages of muesli will last for many months. I am very happy with this purchase... but I do recommend you "dress it up" a bit when consuming.

Delicious and nutritious
Bob’s Red Mill is a great product and their muesli is the best. We have it every morning for breakfast.

Too expensive
I love this stuff, tastes great, and I buy it at my local grocery store all the time, but the bags aren't very big. I was hoping I could buy bigger bags that would last longer. I was kinda stunned at how small 40oz is when I got this. I could buy 80oz worth of the smaller bags from the local store for half the price I paid for this.

Quality
Very good quality. Love all the fruit bots. I use this product in my bread recipes, for breakfast and is very good as a light dinner.
