Hooke Road 7 in Headlight Mount Retaining Bracket Ring Replacement for Jeep Wrangler JK & Unlimited 2007-2018

Was fairly easy to install. Basically push to fit on. Should have done when I first changed the headlights. I’m not sure what the white cone looking things were for but I did not need them.

One of my originals broke so this was a great replacement

Works just as good as OEM. Easy to install just a little confusing on the extras. Wasn’t sure if some of the parts were extra or not. Good buy for the price.

The plastic material used is much better then the original rigid plastic that came on the Jeep JKU. This product has more flex and was a direct OEM fit with no hassle or modifications. This is the type of plastic jeep should've used, not the rigid plastic that cracked so easily/stripped on me causing me to replace it. Awesome product

It was a perfect fit for the headlight base replacement. I was nervous at first but once I attached the base it was a perfect fit and held the new LED headlight perfectly. There are no instructions but pretty intuitive once you look at how the old one was attached.

I bought this to repair/replace a broken headlight bracket on my 2010 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon. It was so easy to replace that I replaced the other side just as a precaution. Lighter material than the OEM bracket, but feels sturdy enough for its job.

RH unit was easy peasy. LH unit was a major pain. It was out of round. Had to mount light to bezel on bench before installing assembly onto Jeep. Put the metal ring on, started the four screws and used a carpenters clamp to squeeze it until the slots lined up. Tightened the beauty ring screws and released the clamp. The Hooke bezel is now a bit misshaped, but serviceable. Plastic is way more flexible than OEM. Don’t have much confidence that these will last.

My old bucket on right side had shrunk apparently and when trying to force the new headlight in to place it broke one of the plastic tabs that it mounts with. I could have zip tied it together just fine but these were reasonably priced and will continue to allow me to adjust my headlight. Well worth the money. The new headlights fit right in and the mount is good quality and should last.
