This indicates they used high quality plastic to craft this, which is so important when it comes to infants. There are clear instructions on how to use the tummy time mat, keep it clean, and use it safely, which is helpful. It’s also decently large, colorful, and includes some floating pieces for your kiddo to track and try to touch. Although I bought this for my kid, I would highly recommend this as a fun early life toy to gift expecting moms, especially first time moms. I certainly didn’t think to add this to my registry, since I prioritized bigger items.

I love that this is a family run company. As an OT this was perfect for play for my 6 month old. As a mom I loved the quality of the toy and the fact thay it kept her entertained. Also good monetary value. I did not have to worry about her safety either. Super ease to clean!

Right out of the package, there was also a noticeable plastic smell that took some airing out before I felt comfortable letting her use it. It doesn’t bother her, but it’s something to be aware of. Overall, this is a good tummy time mat that seems to engage my baby and will likely continue to be useful as she grows. Just be prepared for the plastic feel and initial odor — it’s not a natural or soft fabric toy, but for what it is, it does its job well.

Bought this when my baby was 4 months old. 4 months later, he loves this mat. It’s great quality. Doesn’t get moldy as said my individuals in the reviews. I add vinegar to the water and I used to change it weekly but it’s been a month since I last changed the water and it’s fine. My baby sits on it at 21lbs and it doesn’t burst…I add the recommended amount of water. He scratches at and pinches the water mat and it’s still like-new. Love how vibrant it is. Easy to store. Easy to use, not at all difficult to set up…a no-brained. My baby lies on it comfortably very often.

This mat really caught my baby’s attention and did its job well. My baby didn’t like tummy time and would cry every time I tried to place him on his tummy, but this mat distracted him and helped him start enjoying tummy time after using it just two to three times. However, once winter arrived, my baby felt cold while lying on this mat, so I stopped using it. When I tried to drain the water, some remained trapped inside, which caused a smell, and I couldn’t figure out how to fully dry it. Aside from these two issues, I really like this mat.
