Bought this as suffer from sinusitis, liked the idea of convenience, nice compact machine sits on the bed side, sturdy make and easy to use works well and gives a good amount of steam, Using it every night which is why I wanted convenience tried both the menthol and rosemary and liked them both although the rosemary fragrance in the room is pushing it to favourite

Been recommended to buy something like this as suffering with chest infections and nasty cough. This definitely makes the suffering easier, though it doesn’t cure it. I’d say the pads are a bit pricey for that they don’t last long, having to change every 8 hours at the max. so if using long term you’d go through them quickly. The inhaler is very easy to set up and there is clear guide book included on how to set up and how to use it. Unit has to be plugged in while in use so need to make sure you have flat surface near an outlet socket (as the unit shouldn’t be handheld or placed at an angle during use). You can also adjust intensity of the steam which is very easy to do with one button. Overall good product, I would recommend it, specially that it can be used as much as one needs instead of taking useless meds.

This was the third one I tried. The first was too hot and the second hardly produced any steam and it was scalding. I don’t know why I didn’t just buy this one to begin with. It doesn’t produce a huge volume of steam but enough to breathe in. The mouth piece design has some small holes in it so it’s a better temperature to inhale. Much better than sticking your head under a towel when you have to do it multiple times a day! Can read or watch tv at the same time now.

Works as described. Gave me relief after first use. Good purchase.

I would not recommend this product. It is poor value for money and does not produce adequate steam to provide any meaningful relief. Even after following the instructions exactly, the amount of vapour generated is extremely minimal and ineffective. A simple traditional steam inhalation (hot water bowl with a towel) works far better and costs nothing. Unfortunately, this device does not justify its price or purpose.

This steamer works very well you can vary the amount of steam .it’s very easy to use . Fitting the Vicks pad was a bit tricky (just push it’ll fit). The only fault was it’s very easy to catch the power button and turn it off. But that wouldn’t be a problem if sat at a table.
