NOW Foods Zinc Picolinate 50mg,120 Capsules (Pack of 2)

Great product at a great price. This is part of my Anti-Covid prophylactic protocol, as recommended by my Physician's Assistant. I was Exposed on Christmas Day and am immunocompromised and DID NOT GET THAT BAD BOY. I will keep using this and the other recommended supplements until I can get the vaccine and most likely after as well. The capsules are on the smaller size and I have never noticed any stomach upset or anything, but you're taking it with meals, so I'm sure that helps. You can't go wrong with Now products and this one is another winner.

Great supplement

Being a school bus driver, I'll take any advantage I can get to prevent from getting sick and or capturing the reoccurring cold. Did some zinc research in early 2020. Most research dictated that zinc was helpful. That was more than enough for me. Then along cane Covid - 19. Well I was already on that this thing product the entire month of February so I decided to order a few more bottles for my wife and I. As of July 18th 2020 No cold No flu No winter respiratory issues And yes by the grace of God No coronavirus symptoms or issues. Plus I am a proponent of the now brand of supplements. Fairly priced Easy to swallow Odor free.

Zinc picolinate is the best absorbed form of zinc in the body and its easy on the stomach. Zinc play a role in over 300 enzymes in the body. I personally use it to help boost my testosterone and everything else that it might help. As I am getting older I need all the benefits I can get out of a supplement like zinc. Give it a try it might help you!

So thankful that I have cut down on sinus infections by what feels like a zillion since taking 100 mg zinc daily I honestly use to get sick a every other month, I thought that was normal for everyone. I work out regularly and stay active but my diet could be better. Since taking zinc I have cut it down to 1 or 2 times a year at most. My next must "to do" is adding more veggies to my diet. I've always had a positive experience with purchasing this now brand of zinc picolinate from amazon. I buy the 3 packs regularly throughout the year. The picolinate seems to be a little easier on the stomach but I still have to make sure I eat something with taking these or there is some nausea. Anyone who has found that out the hard way can attest to that. The other forms of Zinc seem to be more touchy with that. I don't know if it's in my head or not but I stick to the picolinate.
