Mostly compatible with my Polk soundbar. The bass control doesn’t work at all.

When I first got the remote it seem to work very well with our sound bar system and was very responsive. However after a little use it seems Like it only responds approximately 25% of the time and it’s very touchy as to how it is pointed and angled at the sound bar. It feels A bit flimsy and thin compared to the original remote that came with the system.

I purchased this to replace the 3rd remote destroyed by one of my dogs . It’s next to impossible to find the actual Polk brand remote without paying $50 plus for it. Based on the specifications for this remote it should have worked with my sound bar. There are several buttons however only two features worked. I was able to turn the sound bar on with this remote as well as adjust the volume one time. After that the remote and sound bar no longer responded to the remote or manually pushing the buttons on the sound bar. I had to actually unplug the sound bar and plug it back in to be able to restore function to the sound bar buttons. It didn’t matter if I only pushed the on and off button on the remote it still stopped responding and we had to unplug the sound bar again.Definetly not what I expected and the limited reviews on this weren’t helpful thus the reason for this review. Customer service sent me a return label and I purchased another brand for my sound bar remote.

It works! The remote feels cheap and flimsy. It hasn’t broken though and is doing the job.
