The Journey Home: A Kryon Parable: The Story of Michael Thomas and the Seven Angels

Soon after my father's passing a couple years ago I ordered this book. Although I am, and have been for years, a full on believer in reincarnation, I still had trouble coping with the loss of my father. In fact the pain I felt really surprised me as I had never had a close or healthy relationship with my Dad and "The Journey Home" truly helped me cope with my grief. Although my 81 year old mother had been divorced from my father for many years, my father's passing proved to be far more difficult for her than either she or I had anticipated as well. His passing sadly only seemed to increase her growing anxiety about her own mortality. So, I decided to read this book, in it's entirety, with my beloved mother the Summer following his death. We took our time, taking turns reading it aloud, at the beach, by the pool, and sometimes just sitting at home. Sharing this book, in this way, turned out to be not only an excellent bonding experience for us both, but also proved to be a very cathartic way to work through the heartache we were both experiencing. My mother still struggles with her belief of reincarnation, and fear of death and dying, but the many times she's having one of those fearful unsure moments, I'll go over different passages of the book we highlighted with her to help her get through. And, so far it really seems to help! For this and many other reasons, "The Journey Home" has proven to be a priceless and important part of both our journeys in this life and so I am so very grateful to have found this incredible book. When I first bought this book, I thought why I am buying a parable. It's not truth and why waste time reading it. I'm so into Kryon and other spiritual books that I wasn't sure it would be worth my time. Then I got it and started reading it and it was such a good story I read it in about two days. Then I understood why he made a parable book. It was to show us our inner journey in a way in which we can understand. It's so hard to grasp all the talk about DNA and other stuff through Kryon work but this just put's his messages in a way anybody can grasp. The other thing I really liked about this book is even if your not into anything "New Age" it's still an awesome story. I would share the book with anyone. My only regret was not buying the paperback, I got it on my kindle and now it's stuck there and I'm not giving anyone my kindle...:)

Fits my teachings so closely. The similarities are astonishing. Recommend this book to anyone who is trying to find them selves and their purpose.

I this book always makes me cry. It is touching in a life-changing way. I have learned many lessons from this book. I need reminding of its truths so often.

It was a journey for him to find himself and change what he was to what he would become. It was amazing! Loved the book. Well written.

This was bought for me by my husband to replace the one lost. It is a wonderful 'story' about a human being journeying 'home' (esoterically) as he connects with the different angels (or aspects) of his life while in an apparent coma after a personal attack on him in his earth-home. It is a deep book, and can be read just as an enjoyable novel, or for those that see them there are loads of details and hints for us while we make our own journey 'home'. I fully recommend this book, it coincides with all his previous books and gels with his latest - DNA No 12. They all cross-reference and all feel "so right, correct and loving" - love this book especially. (Look for the messages within the chapters, if you are ready to look you will find them)

First, what dislike most about this book is that it had end- anything that makes you feel so connected it just shouldn't end. If you are not yet on your journey to higher self awareness - some of the stories may be difficult to accept as reality. Kryon takes you on you a journey with Michael Thomas (MT) explaining the challenges and benefits of allowing higher self to connect. What I take away from this teaching is that unfortunately to many people have to have a NDE or life changing event to awaken as did MT and some of our best enlighten teachers. I give this book a four because the journey is relatable, but not the NDE. Thank LC, for the publication. Recommend reading if you want to know the possibilities of connecting to your higher self.

I read this book some 15 years ago after experiencing a Kryon event. The story and parable was poignant then as it still is when I just re-read the book this year! I also bought copies for my siblings. The Path goes ever on, but some Truths never grow old! The story is engaging enough to keep you reading even if you aren't necessarily "spiritual". If you are, then the recognition of the Truth will keep you smiling as you read!

Fantastic story. Really enjoyed reading it. Surprised a bunch of times. Type of book that I will read again. Simple and profound at the same time... current... cool!

C'est l'un des livres qui m'a le plus touché les dernières années (je lis beaucoup - surtout des livres de spiritualité). Les vingt premières pages sont peut-être un peu poussives, mais à partir de là j'ai été conquis. Je suis sur la voie de la spiritualité depuis deux ou trois ans, et cette parabole explique le parcours que j'ai fait, et ce qui me reste à faire. Je le recommande à tous ceux qui sont en train d'ouvrir leur cœur.

I was inspired to read this book through my coach. Today I finished reading the book 2nd time. Each time being magical and with so much to unlearn and learn while discovering the true self. The golden one. Knowing the mysteries. Knowing that IT. Knowing the interconnectedness in a new way. Knowing our divinity in a new way. Knowing the reason for our being, our meeting people. Knowing that the map always takes us to the right place. Knowing the map is always in the present moment. So much...thank you

Vale la pena leérselo por qué te hace ver algunas cosas desde otra perspectiva. Sobre todo sí has perdido a seres queridos en el pasado. Además es comprensible para gente de cualquier edad. P.d: viene totalmente en inglés.
