The product design is good but I received Chrome basket instead of the Stainless Steel basket that I ordered.

Overall, good product. Easy to use. I would have preferred it to be a bit larger, but it's not the end of the world. I cut two whole (medium-sized) chickens and did a portuguese style rotisserie. The chickens were a tad cramped, but they surprisingly came out evenly cooked on my Kamado Joe (low and slow). I would imagine the cleaning process being a little rough, but if you have a strong dishwasher (as I do) then it shouldn't be an issue. I've only used it once, but I would highly recommend this product.
