Neem leaf tea.
So glad to find fresh leaves here. I read a comment on a dental video and found the leaves to try out what he said. He had said that he had very bad receding gums. He was in Africa and someone told him to take the leaves and boil them for 30 minutes in 12 cups of water. Let cool and store in frig. (I put it in an amber glass gallon jug). I pour about 12 ounces into a dark colored glass and keep in medicine cabinet. Brush teeth with soft bristles, then rinse, pull with the neem tea for about 5 mins, twice a day. Within 3 months, my gums were coming back, my teeth were tightening up! I feel very fortunate to have come across this comment and wanted to share. I am a 68 year young smoker!
