Perfect for my collection!
I am a major collector of themed Monopoly games and I am very picky and indecisive with the Monopoly games I choose to add to my personal collection. My overall opinion is that this themed Monopoly game is absolutely adorable! The theme alone is great! The llama and unicorn pawns are so cute, well made and vibrantly colored. This would be such a great gift idea or a cute addition to a collection, and would be perfect for family fun! There just isn't any negative sides of this adorable game in my opinion!

This is a fun spin on the original
Fun for everyone! A classic game with a twist for unicorn & Llama lovers ! My daughter was so excited she dressed up as the monopoly guy , so she could hand out the money in style. Such a fun game that takes you away from reality for a few hours. Good family and friends bonding time.

Room for improvement but overall a light fun family game
We're all about the family games in our household, this one was added at Christmas for our 10 yr old children. The game play itself has some of the traditional Monopoly game play (chance, free parking, pass go, go to jail, etc) outside of that the game play is very different than the original, and much lighter (good for younger kids). The only reason I didn't give this game 5 stars is due to some of the rules not being clear (for example, one of the chance cards lets you move any player from the other team to the space you're on and they must follow the rules of that space... but it doesn't say what that looks like for Jail, if you're in jail and call someone to that place are they just visiting or do they go to jail with you?) Just a few little things like that - overall though, we had a lot of fun playing this light game as a family.

Super cute
I for some reason thought this was a monopoly Jr. game but it's not. My daughter loves monopoly but gets frustrated because she's 9 and doesn't quite get it. I was a little disappointed in MYSELF for not reading it right lol. But it's still suuuper cute and she still loves it! We'll still play it and she can learn along the way. It helps that it's something she loves and not just plain ol' monopoly. It's really good quality just like regular monopoly. The player pieces are still metal, just in pastel colors. There's 3 llamas and 3 unicorns. The cards say things like "a unicorn pooped on your rainbow. Go directly to jail" 🤣

Fun game
I loved Monopoly as a kid & my own kids are crazy about llamas and unicorns, so this is a perfect fit. Playing as teams gives it a different feel & you're less likely to end it with someone flipping the board. This version has the equivalent of community chest cards with just the right amount of age-appropriate snarkiness to be entertaining. Keeping track of the property rules is a little confusing, but can easily be simplified. My kids (7 & 10) seemed to enjoy it, and I think after the first few times, they could probably play on their own without my help.

Fun Team Version
This version of Monopoly is quicker than standard Monopoly and you're divided into teams. The team approach makes it easy for younger kids to get in on the Monopoly fun without having a clear understanding of the game. If they can roll a dice and count, they can play! The rules are a bit different than monopoly and money only comes in 100s and 500s. It is a simplified, but fun, version of Monopoly.

Product as Described, however you know how pre-teens are...
Our pre-teen was adamant about getting this for Christmas last year. It was "tops" on the list. LOL Ok, well let me tell you, here we are, a year later and she hasn't even opened the lid to this magically unicorn monopoly game! My hubby and I aren't going to bug her about it, because ya know, this game takes all dang day to play and we aren't so thrilled about this theme... apparently she isn't so thrilled either or she would have played it by now. But that's no fault to the item, supplier or seller, it's simply kids, pre-teens and teens who can't get their stinking faces out of tables, tvs and netflix these days. Ugh. Anyways, super cute game from the box, I'm sure others are enjoying it. Just not our over dramatic pre-teen who add this to her Christmas list for reasons unknown.
