There’s not much to hate about this product, I love pretty much everything about it. It helps my daughters rolls on her neck when it gets raw and chaffed, I love that it helps with her bottom and the rolls on her legs near her girl area when that gets raw or chaffed, and I absolutely love that it’s an all natural product because I always worried about harmful chemicals being put on my newborn so it took me an hour searching for amazing natural products til I found this product and I don’t regret this purchase one bit.

I’ve tried this and the medela ones from the hospital and this is a creamer cream.. the medela is great for melting right in but this goes on and feels like is gives a cooling coverage for longer. And the container lasts a while. I’ve used it for 2 months and barely made a dent.

best product for sore or cracked nipples. baby doesn't have a bad taste type reaction when latching after applying like she did with lanolin creams. I accidentally put it in the fridge one night and it ended up being the best and most soothing mistake i ever made! highly recommend room temp or chilled definitely. ordering again.

I am not sure what warmth has to do with this product but their is a weird scent. It has a lotion consistency which i love. This balm helps with stretching and the soreness associated with stretching. Even though the smell could be better. This is a great product.

Came damaged, took SO long to ship too. Got delayed at least 3 times and took 2 months to obtain. The product is good though.

This is one of my favorite nipple butters on the market. Love it and it seems to work better then others for me.

More like a cream than a balm. Smells like nothing to me. But it worked. Hard to clean off pumps. I now use it as hand lotion bc I’m not pumping anymore.

I've tried alot of creams for soothing this is the best by far. Only thing is bc its natural it will go bad (grow mold etc) so I'd keep mine in the fridge to avoid that.
