I must say Asurion settles claims rather quickly than most insurances I have ever dealt with in my life! As soon as they received information my returned package was on the way, I received my refund the next day. Every cent was refunded! I couldn't believe it! Thank you Asurion for the simple online claim process and refunding my money in a timely manner. Your the best and then there's the rest!

I’m glad it went quick and smooth so that I could order a new fan

I had to unfortunately claim two products which were defective or had been damaged. I got a prompt resolution for both. I now include insurance on most purchases above a certain amount because I know if there is a problem Asurion will take care of it. Highly recommend spending a bit more and have peace of mind

The household purchase a Heat Press machine, for there Arts and Crafts for their at home business and more. I thought to protect the machine, also to buy some insurance. All together with the one year warranty plus three years of protective insurance. We are able to press on to much success. I highly good staggery. YEAH!

I purchased a warranty for a $90 fan that cost $12 then I got a notice that said it wasn’t approved although the other items I purchased at the same time were approved now I’m seeing a statement implying that I have a 80 or $90 warranty that is not what I purchased Please correct this
