Love, love, this oven!
I love this oven. I have had it for 4 years now and use it daily. It works beautifully for baking (both conventional and convection) and also for broiling or toasting. I use this rather than my large oven. I can certainly recommend this oven whole-heartedly. Easy to clean, versatile, and great quality.

Great Quality & Easy to Use
I love that this oven can be cleaned inside and out, even the roof. It also is well made and nice to look at on the countertop. I’ve made casseroles, tater tots, cookies, cake, and frozen pizzas. I’ve been happy with all of the results. I must add that my cookies cooked faster and my tots slower than an oven and traditional air fryer respectively. It takes time to get the timer and temperature control right for what you want to make. I don’t rely on the presets. I find the oven easy to use in spite of the digital dials. The instruction book is very good, and I refer to it often. I haven’t had any safety issues. I always leave the oven unplugged unless using. The heat does no harm to my cupboards or countertops. The price was quite high for me, but I’m glad I bought this oven. I have no regrets.

Not for 13" pans but close, TOP O'Line oven though
Ok, so after searching for days and days for a decent toaster oven I chose this (air fry option) it was on sale for 179$, great price. what I really wanted just isn't made any more. I hate digital appliances but all decent models have it. This unit seems to be very high quality well made as most Delonghi things are. It's 1800w. Heats all the way to 450 (many do not come close). Comes with some nice pans, has interior light which is great but it would be nice if you could turn it on independently from the oven, once the unit goes off you can't see inside very well without opening it up. Racks are 13.5", max width inside is 13 so frustrating they could not make it 14 and many standard pans would fit! Has a built in thermometer which is a nice touch. Has really nice double s elements that look stainless steel, gaskets on the door. The handle issue is no issue as it actually drops over the edge of the counter top on standard countertop. Overall I would have given it 5 stars but for the 13"interior and no easy on light switch. The quality seems to be top notch, feels solid well built. The only other "better" oven is the Wolf but that oven is $400+, way to much money. Cooked some scratch biscuits this morning they came out great.

Great value overall
Perfect size for either a full dinner, baking deserts, or toasting bagels...very useful for all. Price is on the expensive side but features are worth it.....easy clean surfaces, inside and out....non stick interior is a plus. Keeps heat confined...no hot spots on counter or around door....well sealed. I would recommend this highly for a serious cook....could even replace a conventional oven if necessary.

Defective unit and major design flaw
I was so looking forward to this combo unit because it was smaller than most and nicer looking. And when it came it was excited because it was exactly what I was looking for. BUT- it never worked. It had a over heating error message that came on within 5 seconds, on any setting before the leaching even started to warm up. Clearly a broken piece in there somewhere. Additionally, the door didn’t stay open when I was putting my food in to cook it. I was thinking that could be dangerous once the unit heated up. If the door doesn’t stay open, it could burn you as you try to get your food out. Since my food never heated I couldn’t see if this would be a problem or not, but it was certainly annoying. And lastly, the handle sticks out from the face of the door too much. So when you open all the way and it hits the counter so you can’t slide the bottom tray in and out. You’d have to pull the machine to the front of your counter and hang it off the edge so it can open at lease 90 degrees. On the counter it can only open maybe 75-80 degrees which blocks the tray from sliding in or out. If a new model comes out with the kinks worked out, I would want to purchase because it is the only one I could find with all these features in the smaller size that wasn’t super ugly to out in my just renovated kitchen.

Great little Air Fryer baker oven toaster.
I researched Baker Ovens for several hours and days before I decided on this one. Size was most important as I didn't want one that would take up a lot of space on the counter top. This one maybe slightly smaller than the one I replaced. Look no further than this one, it is perfect. Lots of new features on this oven and it took a few weeks to get an understanding how this thing works. My wife and I love this new baker oven it cooks, reheats and it is a delight to use. So many features on this unit wow technology is great. Making toast was so cool you can set it for 2 or 4 toast and how done you want it. You gottah be kidding me, all that wow very impressive if I must say so. This little oven works great I have had it for several weeks now but I knew when we first got it that this was going to be a great little oven to use. It does everything you can expect from a baker oven, Air Fryer, Toaster or just warming stuff up. You will love it just like we do. Just buy it now it is an awesome Machine.

The last one lasted 13 years - hopefully this one does, too!
My old De'Longhi toaster oven finally died after 13 years and thousands and thousands of uses, and I chose this one to replace it. It does a great job, comes to temperature quickly, toasts great, and is easy to use. It's a bit bigger than the older models, but it fits perfectly in that weird space on my counter under the cabinet and next to the fridge that's unusable for anything else! As others have noted, the design of the door handle means it doesn't open 100% of the way unless you have it positioned over the end of the counter, but that hasn't stopped me from being able to take things in and out, change around the shelves, etc. - all without searing my knuckles on the elements! The only thing I really don't love are the control knobs. They're finicky, not intuitive, and you can't get the precise control you could on the older models. I've learned how to work with it, but honestly, it's an overengineered solution for something that needs to be just a simple knob. But other than that, I love it, and hope it lasts as long as my last one!

Definitely not an air fryer
Well this is sad to write because I looked for quite a while for this item which I thought would be just what I wanted. First the positives: it’s a great toaster. It toasts evenly and well. It also is a good little oven for the summertime as it doesn’t seem to get overly hot on the outside and I don’t have to turn on my big oven and heat up the kitchen in the summer. Negatives: It is certainly NOT an air fryer. I have tried both potatoes and sweet potato fries in this little oven and they come out soggy. Such a disappointment. Secondly, I have baked several frozen pizzas on the included “pizza pan” and the crust (both flour and cauliflower-based) is soggy, not crisp. Again, I expected much better. Third, the door handle is rather large and you cannot open the door and expect it to stay open to put something in or take something out. You always have to work one-handed as the other hand has to hold the door open. This is an odd feature that I’ve never experienced before in a countertop oven. So my parting words are: If you want a small oven that bakes and toasts, this might be your thing but if you really want an air fryer and crispy pizza, look elsewhere.
