Great looking kettle. Heats water quickly and has a nice shiny enamel retro look. It is a bit loud while heating, but works very well.

We had a Hagen teapot in our AirBNB in Ireland. Happy to have one in my home now too. Best purchase for my morning tea routine quick to boil, perfect capacity, durable, and worth the price. Pretty too looks great on my counter. I bought the white one. Highly recommend if you are a tea lover like me.

I didn't need it. I bought it because I loved the look. It takes about 5 minutes to boil a full pot of water. It doesn't have a keep warm feature but the water stays hot for quite a while after shutting off. I love that the top comes off for easier filling and cleaning. My other water kettle the top just flipped up part way and it was difficult to fill and impossible to clean. It has a window on the side of the pot so you can see how much water is in the pot. The knob to turn it on is large and you can't accidentally turn it in on when pouring. The handle is riveted on in an upright position. That's the only thing that I don't like. I would prefer that the handle fold down for easier filling and cleaning but it's not a deal breaker for me. I bought the toaster too and would buy them both again. I'm thinking about getting the matching coffee maker but maybe that's to matchy matchy?

The kettle is great. Works without any problems. Very beautiful and aesthetic design. It looks expensive and is worth its price. I am happy with the purchase!

This is very atttactive but the silver handle is chipping now. I think it chipped after a year of use.

So, I love the look of this kettle - still do! When I tried to use it the first time, I noticed the ON/OFF switch was very loose and didn't really lock into place. However, if I pressed it in a bit, it would finally catch on something and engage the kettle to warm. This morning, it would no longer engage and I tried everything I could to get it to come on, but it would not. It's SO disappointing to pay $70+ for something like this and not even get two months of use out of it. I barely use it once a day. Quality is so important and there are tons of less expensive kettles that would probably surpass this one. When I reached out to the company to replace it (it has a 1 year warranty from the manufacturer) they basically said I have to take it up with Amazon; however I am out of Amazon's 30 day return period. Luckily, Amazon was willing to take it back and refund the amount. Keep scrolling and choose quality over style!
