I purchased this bag as a gift for my Godmother in August. She loved the bag but the strap broke almost immediately. She lives in another state but luckily I was able to return it for another in September. Unfortunately after she went back home with her new bag, the strap broke during her first use!!! Now that she has come back to town for me to return the bag it is no longer within the Amazon timeframe. Kate Spade will definitely be hearing from me about this mess.

I gave this to my daughter for Christmas. She used it several times and then the strap broke off of the purse. Unfortunately, it is past the return date and I guess I will have to find out about having it repaired. Bummer.

The bag is well made. This is an excellent bag for everyday use esp for shopping, no complaints here, I do use it for everyday.However I bought this bag specifically for travel overseas and it's a little bit too small for travel overseas. It is a little too small to hold my oversized sunglasses, point and shoot camera, iphone, and small travel wallet. In addition when the bag is full the zipper on the side pocket tends to get stuck and I have to be very careful when zippering, it's a nuisance having to stop and take time to zipper the zipper carefully.

I got this to use on short errands to keep my hands free. I use it a lot more than I thought I would. It holds my keys, phone, wallet, a diaper, nursing cover and more. The front zip is great for travelling and sticking boarding passes in. It's easy to clean and well made. There are two unzipped pockets on the inside. The only problem is that sometimes things get lost in the bag. Otherwise it's a great bag and size! Happy with my purchase.

Plus the outside pocket is very convenient for cell phones and pens. Can put all the things I need for walking around on trips. It's casual for the day and dressy enough to use at night too. So happy I got this!

I ordered this purse in late July 2014 and the strap broke off by the end of August 2014. Completely disappointing because I just barely passed the cut-off window for a return. I'm out the money and a purse. I liked my old Kate Spate Purse that was also black vinyl, but I wanted to replace it with a new one and now I'm back to my old worn out one. At least it has a strap. Run away from this purchase--it is made very poorly.

The strap on this bag broke on me twice. I'm so disappointed

I really like this bag, but it broke on my first use. I bought it specifically for my trip to Las Vegas October 29-November 1st. I didn't even use it until I arrived in Vegas. The strap broke. I had very little in the purse, just my wallet, chap stick, eye drops, and small lotion bottle. I can't return this purse now because my return period has already ended and I can't find somewhere to discuss this with Amazon....
