If you are one of these people that think all water is the same, you are dead wrong. And this is one of the best I found to stay hydrated regularly. The packaging makes it easy to go down also. Sure, I always prefer glass bottles to any kind of plastic but this unique packaging has it's place when on the go! And the product itself is wonderful!

If you like alternative medicine, this is great to use if you have the beginnings of a bladder infection. Drink 3 per day and then wean off to one per day. For maintenance, we drink one per week. It has helped us avoid antibiotics. Note: If the infection is too bad, I’d go on the antibiotic. These infections are nothing to play with, especially for older ones.
