I've been using this to assist and possibly lower my anti-depressant use. I've noticed a great mood improvement and it seems to help lower my appetite. Since I've been taking this supplements I've been able to take the bare minimum dose of antidepressant and still maintain keep the same mood level the antidepressant was giving me. Disclaimer: it's not advisable to take excess amounts of l-tryptophan while taking antidepressants especially SSRI's.

This! Why buy supplements that are way overpriced when this is what's in them take it everyday with all my vitamins.

This is a wonderful supplement to help you sleep. I chew all my supplements for ease of swallowing, and this one has little to no taste, so it is so easy to take. This is a great value. The pills are medium sized, but if you chew them, they are easy to take. No bad taste. The quality is also great for the price!

Deceptive, but not necessarily a bad product. They got me. I thought I was getting 400 x 400 mg capsules. Look close. It's 400mg per serving and one serving is 2 capsules. It definitely feels intentionally misleading, but I will wait for a better result based answer to wether I reorder or look elsewhere.

I was using a cheaper brand and I was happy with it. When I needed to reorder, I decided to use this brand and it’s seems to be working much better. It’s no y much more in cost. I will continue to purchase from now on.Thank you 😊

As the label says 400mg, I thought that each capsule was 400mg and it seemed like a great deal. Turns out that the serving is 2 capsules, hence, is 200mg times 2. It doesn’t make sense to advertise as a 400mg that way, extremely misleading
