A great gift for bird watching
My grandson is into bird watching and needed a good pair of binoculars. These were reasonably priced and rugged enough to do the job.

Great value!
We purchased these binoculars to use for an upcoming trip. I bought them to replace some Zen Ray binoculars that were unfortunately stolen. As soon as I took the binoculars out of the box, I was impressed by their build quality. They have a nice rubberized coating and they feel extremely sturdy. They have a nice set of covers for the top and bottom lenses. They also includes a strap and a carrying case. The strap and case don't feel quite as high quality as the binoculars but they are useful and should work just fine.I tested the optics to see if I liked them, I was impressed by the sharp view and how easily it was to focus. They are not super lightweight but I wanted a rugged, durable set of binoculars and the weight inspires confidence in their durability. I included a picture with a water bottle behind them so you can get a better idea of the size. I'm definitely not a binoculars expert so I don't know how they would work for those who are but for someone like me who just wants a high quality set of binoculars at a reasonable price, these definitely do the trick.

NO REGRETS
To start off I live in a metropolitan area so I am not bird watching. However what I found these binoculars useful is for the range. I am a member of an outdoor range and ranges vary from 50 yards to 600 yards. I do a lot of shooting usually within the 50-200 yard range and these are good for spotting if you hit the target or not. I’m an engineer of a 23 story building so I went to the roof to see how clear and far I can see, oh boy was it clear and proficient the fact that I can see pretty clear from the roof to floor is pretty awesome. I did the drop test from my chest level which I am 5’11” to see the durability and it help up no cracks in the glass and did not unfocus, because it is durable it is a bit bulky and heavy. In conclusion for $45 you get a lot of bang for your buck.

Very Well Made Affordable Binoculars
I received the binoculars today and I’m VERY IMPRESSED. We live in Utah in the mountain slopes and I immediately went out to test them. They came in a very sturdy box inside the Amazon packaging. The air insulation was tight and helped keep them perfectly safe.I set them up and adjusted them to my correct vision and started exploring the mountains around us. Wow! They are light, very well made, feel like a great quality product. The anti slip material feels good in your hands.I own a pair of full size military Steiner binoculars that are over $700. They are great but also super heavy. These SkyGenius are a very nice and affordable option for your everyday recreational needs for a good pair of binoculars that won’t break the bank. I already think I’m going to get another pair to keep in my truck at all times.I would totally recommend them, you won’t be disappointed.

Good quality binoculars
I've had these a couple of years now, have taken them on a half dozen trips to National Parks and National Forests, and use them nearly every day for bird and general viewing of wildlife. I have found them equal to binoculars costing 10x as much. The only negative is that the lenses do fog up at extreme cold temperatures, but if I hold them an inch or so away from my face, it clears up. Other than that, I've been well pleased.

What you need to know
I read an article when I was doing research that said you should spend $100 - $500 to get a decent quality set of binoculars, I don't know about you but that's not chump change. And also I don't think it's a good idea to spend $100 + on something that could be easily broken or stolen. For the price I have to say these things are great, unless you're working for national geographic or are a tactical mercenary for hire these will get you by just fine.If you're a guy or gal that just needs to see some objects a little closer these will fit the bill perfectly.Haven't tested out the water proofness of them yet and they fell rugged and sturdy in the hand and built tough but not so heavy that you couldn't stand them hanging on your neck. Will update if it's required.

Great hunting companion.
As a medical student my funds are tight, these binoculars are a great value. One of my favorite releases is taking my dogs into the wild in search of animals. Watching their excitement gives me a much needed release from the rigors of life and study. These binoculars are clear and allow me to catch my sense of sight up to my dogs. They always seem to find wildlife before I do, but have an economical set of binoculars has allowed me to hone in on what they’ve found.I also found these to be very helpful at the range for tracking targets without constantly going back and forth. The glass is clear and doesn’t fog even on the cold morning I was out recently. I can’t compare these to nicer binoculars as I have never owned a pair, but for my purposes these have operated wonderfully.
