Best keyboard for the money
I have been through 3 of these keyboards and always come back to it when looking for a new keyboard. It is quiet and easy to use for an ergo keyboard. The mouse is really nice and easy on the hand to use all day. I type a lot of documents and communicate through typing for the most part so I type a lot. The letters on the keyboard were off and I have to get a new keyboard when that happens. I was not able to find a set of stick on letters that match these letters, but have used them before on one of the keyboards. On one of the keyboards, the cable got stuck in the sliding keyboard tray and stopped working. I soldered the wires back together and am still using it. i have the one I just purchased in the closet waiting to be used when I can't see my letters on this one I am using. Other than that, the quiet, the fit, ease of use and style is the best I have used and I have used a lot of keyboards. I could never go back to a standard keyboard again. I just wish Microsoft would bring back the Microsoft Natural Keyboard Elite from the early 2000's. Best keyboard ever it it was the loudest! Microsoft has never matched that keyboard ergo style but have come close with this one. I recommend this keyboard.

the WORST keyboard design ever
This is the worst keyboard that I have every used. I bought it to replace a different ergonomic keyboard with split-layout which had worn out after many years of use, and so I thought that it would be easy to transition to this one given that I was already familiar with the split layout and tilted wrist angles, but I was SO WRONG!! The top list of things that I hate about this keyboard are that:1.) the vertical angle of key columns changes as you get closer to the center of the keyboard, so your pinky fingers need to move straight up and down but the index fingers have to move at angles. Do they think we pivot our wrists as we type depending on which key we press?!? Most of the time I try to use the shift key to capitalize something, I end up hitting the caps-lock key instead.2.) the keys are so close together that I am constantly hitting the wrong key with the side of my fingers. This is especially true of the top row of function keys.3.) as a combination of my first two complaints, I am CONSTANTLY making typos with this keyboard because of the wonky layout, and so I am hitting the backspace key a LOT to make corrections, but most of the time my pinky finger grazes the stupid "calculator" button just a slight distance above the backspace key and so that brings up like 5 instances of the calculator application on top of each other by the time I realize I wasn't on the backspace key after all. The net result is that my effective typing speed is less than half of what it normally is because of how many errors I make with this keyboard and how long it takes to make corrections due to the backspace / calculator button issue4.) the "6" key is on the left side of the keyboard which prevents me from using my right index finger to type the number 6. I cannot get used to this even after months of using this awful keyboard5.) the keys are just overall very small so I am constantly catching other keys as I type6.) the "wake up" time is obnoxious so the first few keys that I press after even a short amount of not typing are lost.I hope this review is helpful to save someone else from making the same mistake that I did when buying this. I had hoped that after a few months of using it that I would get used to its quirks but by this point I am convinced that it just terrible design.

Solid Ergonomic Upgrade with Minor Keyboard Quirks
I purchased this set to replace a long-trusted Microsoft Ergonomic keyboard and mouse combo, and overall I’m very pleased with the performance and comfort. The mouse is a standout—ergonomic, responsive, and smooth to use. It fits the hand well and is comfortable even during long work sessions, which is crucial for my daily routine. The keyboard has a comfortable wrist rest and the split design supports natural hand positioning. However, there’s a bit of a learning curve. Some of the keys—specifically around the backspace—are placed too closely to special function buttons like the calculator shortcut and F-lock. I frequently hit these by accident, which opens the calculator or disables function keys unexpectedly. This disrupts my workflow more often than I’d like.Still, the overall quality of the materials, the wireless range, and battery life are impressive. This set has noticeably improved my desk ergonomics and reduced wrist strain over time. If you're used to another ergonomic setup, just expect a short adjustment period—but once you do, it's a worthwhile upgrade.

Great When New
Overall, I like the keyboard when new. Like another reviewer mentioned, the calculator key is a little too close to the backspace key, but that's just a minor nuisance. My only qualm with this keyboard is that it seems I'm replacing it every 2 years or so. The keys are starting to stick & misfire. I type quite a bit for my job and when I can't trust that the correct letter has been input without closely reading as I type, that's annoying.I'm still giving it 4 stars because it's great when it's new.

Delay in communication from keyboard to computer
The keyboard has a good set up however there is a delay in typing or it randomly duplicates things I type. It not all the time but enough to be extremely annoying. The duplication of keys happens mostly when using the 10 key, but there a numerous times when I'm typing out an email and it'll randomly stop typing some words and then pick back up two or three words later.
