This is what I purchased. Works great. Smaller caps you have to just put the funnel on top of the capsule. The funnel will fit inside the larger capsules. See Isnuff Mini funnels on Amazon.

Is the vegan natural coloring on the purple carrot one titanium oxide?

Here's what the label says: "Vegan natural colorant. Vegetable cellulose.100% plant based. Free of additives, gluten, preservatives, BSE/TSE, Sodium Lauren Sulfates" ( yes, your read that right LAUREN, not laureth) It also says "Gluten Free, Vegetarian/Vegan, Made with Non-GMO Ingredients, Certified Kosher and Certified Halal. There is no label on the back of the package.
