Comfortable and easy to put in. Yes my toes are a little pushed in but the sponge is soft enough that I can move my toes around and not feel uncomfortable. No more cramping from trying to keep my feet from slipping out of my shoes. I lost weight and apparently my feet did as well. Thank goodness I don’t have to get rid of my shoes!!

They are essentially a perfectly shaped makeup sponge! They do the trick. However, I do wish that they came with lines to assist if the user needs to shave down some sponge.
