Is this Medium or Medium/Large pellets? Our African Grey likes the medium sized pellets. Thank you

I understand your confusion. I had the same issue with this.This is medium, but don't go by the picture. I have 2 bags of medium, 1 with a blue and gold macaw and 1 with a grey. As I said, they are both medium. The differences between the 2 bags are the picture and the barcodes:Blue/Gold Medium 82170 Medium/Large 83170 Large 84170 expiration: 7/31/14Grey Medium 82350 Medium/Large 83350 Large 84350 expiration: 2/28/15I'm not sure why the pictures and bardcodes are different. Visibly, they look like the same food when you open the bag.

Is this the one with the african grey on the package or the cockatiel? the pictures and description don't match up with the product name size. thanks

The medium is for cockatiels and small conures. The circle under the cockatiel picture looks like it has a red circle around it. The large is for African grey and similar-sized birds. I have used the large for sun conures, but they waste too much of it, whereas suns and smaller (e.g., green cheek) conures do well on the medium. If I had smaller yet parrots, (e.g., budgies), I'd use the small size (which is also carried). I might even use the small size for cockatiels, as I'd bet they waste a lot of the medium. I feed parrotlets the small NATURAL colored, as they are not supposed to have colored pellets (neither are eclectus).
