So relieved to find!
Just a little update; you do want to give this eyeliner a little shake when it’s not filling the tip but like QIC, not too much or it will be too much and drip. This is a very minor thing as I still love this eyeliner and my original review still stands the test of time! Original:I’m so relieved to find this eyeliner! I’m embarrassed to admit, but I doubt I’m the only one who’s wasted more more money than I want to even add up on trying to find the perfect eyeliner! It all started when Avon discontinued their perfect wear liquid eyeliner which, for me, was the perfect eyeliner. It’s been very frustrating, costly and time consuming trying to find a new one that’s even close. This liquid eyeliner is finally the one! Pros: very richly pigmented, extra long lasting even under eye, glides on particularly smooth, applicator tip is just right - not too hard nor soft, not too large, has a nice point, eyeliner does not cake up, is not waxy, does not flake, the price is right, it does not seep into fine lines (I’m 56).Cons: I worry that it won’t be available long as it’s not a name brand.I’ve tried these other brands just to give you something to compare to:QIC - I thought was the best but it does tend to have a more waxy feel and sometimes flakes and cakes. You have to shake it to wet the applicator tip which is fine but if you shake too much it will drip out. Also the tip is a bit large and starts to fall apart before the eyeliner is empty.Docolor: I liked this one when it was the best I could find but it ran out extremely quickly and the tip tended to dry out a lot causing application time to be extra long, had to store it vertically with the the tip down. It just got frustrating after a while.Physicians formula: didn’t glide on as smoothly as I like, wasn’t as pigmented.Kingmas: was not pigmented, was dry.Cover girl Intensify Me: seriously? There’s no way I could apply eyeliner with a hard applicator tip shaped like a duckbill!Cover girl Get In Line: amazing eyeliner formula! Applying it is another story sadly, I couldn’t seem to get it on my eyelid without my eyelashes getting in the way of the applicator brush since the product is on the length of the applicator brush. Which made my mascara clump up. Too bad too because the eyeliner was amazing stuff, why can’t they put it in a felt tip pen??Kiki: allergicBrands I hated on first try:Beauty Rroir, L’Oréal (all of them), celavi, wet n wild, NYX.
