The product came with adapters for varying situations of connectivity, but I didn't need them. Connected easliy and works well. I've no complaints and would buy this product again.

Customer can't hear me when I answer. When I make calls then they can barley hear me.

It's in the trash now.
I bought this to replace the one I had at my office because they were not going to replace my old one. Turns out the sound quality was horrible, was useless right out of the box, even after rechecking all the connections.
