The media could not be loaded. Left arm was defected since I opened it. I was very impatient so I went ahead and used it but you guys dont be like me return and get a new one.Alright it's been almost a year since I bought this cup turner and I feel it's my duty to give an update. MasBros sent me a replacement since one of the arms on my double turner was loose. The replacement works great. The turner makes no noise, it turns at the perfect speed. I've left my turner on for over six hours and does not overheat and it . I would definitely purchase this again and recommend this cup turner.

This turner is absolutely everything that I wanted except it only came with three rods. I am missing the fourth rod. It came with all the screws. Was very easy to assemble and runs fairly quiet opposed to my others I have had. I was really hoping to have the extra space on the top to put others I have been working on but I am overall happy with this purchase.

The media could not be loaded. OK I love these turners! But the double turner makes this AWEFUL noise. It may he just mine but the single turners are quiet. I did try one cup with a handle and it hit the bottom. Other thank that it's pretty good for the price and I would buy again.

So far, I'm loving these turners! It's been about 9 months and I've had no issues. There is a slight clicking noise occasionally but it doesn't bother me at all. I've never felt like it was overheating and never had any issues with cops not being straight. Highly recommend!

I had gotten a slower turner and while I thought it would be better, I always ended up with very lumpy tumblers and lots of sanding. With this faster and double turner, I have not had to sand once!!!! And thus using less layers of resin. I'm so 😊😁 happy!!!

Bought 2 different machines. This is one is by far the Best . Very sturdy. Very pleased with purchased will buy again.

Tumbler turner had a good turn rate ar first but after a month it barely wants to turn.

I spent a good amount of time trying to find the best quality cup turner on Amazon, and ultimately chose this one because it looked good and had good reviews.Unfortunately it had the same problem right out of the box that plenty of others have and as well: poor quality control.The “TYC-50” synchronous motors they are using are of *terrible* quality, and I’m shocked they went through all the trouble of even making the product at all. It really just feels like a scheme to offload a bunch of rejected motors.I really can’t recommend staying away from this and other brands of cup turners enough.
