Hi! The extra rich coffee is very tasty. I'm pleased with this purchase and would buy again. Bottle size seems a bit small but is good for portion control especially considering this drink is extra rich. No rBST hormones given to the milk cows. BPA free plastic bottles you can recycle. Great product! I recommend giving Jay Street a try!

Amazon had a Lightning Deal on this, and I LOVE iced coffee. I was also drawn to the "Extra Rich" part, which made me expect a thick, creamy beverage. So...I bought a 12-pack. BIG mistake.First of all, it is most decidedly NOT extra creamy. Or creamy at all. "Extra Rich" would lead you to believe it had some sort of dairy content. If they wanted to maintain a pro-lactose intolerant stance, they could have used a non-dairy creamer. I cannot recall what they DO use to warrant the claim, but it doesn't remotely taste like cream. Beyond that, it is decidedly not thick, either; it's the consistency of plain water.Okay, so it's not rich & creamy, but how does it TASTE? Bad, so bad. Like really, really bad. I checked the expiry date, and it had a few months to go, so that's probably not it. That IS what it tastes like, though. Just really old coffee, made from really old coffee grounds. Also, the caramel taste is missing.Stick to Starbuck's Frappucino.

Great coffee flavor. Perfect iced mid day pick me up.
