I ordered this for my little 2/12 year old to take pictures at the beach. There is no insert for the tail, but we easily found some tail inserts at the dollar store and party city that worked perfect and were not to expensive. Durable materials, well made and I have washed them a couple of times with nothing ripping or discoloring.

I’m doing mermaid themed photo shoot if my 8 yr old and she loves this! However it’s super cute for photography but would not recommend to play or actually use. The material is super thin and the top fits for oddly I had to use a twist tie to get It to fit a little better.

My stepdaughter and I disliked the bow and diamond on front bit other than that she loved it. She was overjoyed when it finally came. Took forever to come.

My 8 year old saved up her money to buy this, we were excited at first but became quickly disappointed. The top is very big and falls off the shoulders, white the tail is "skinny" but wayyyy too long. Worse part is all the glitter shine fell off after just one wash it looks 5 years old and she has only used it a couple times. Save your money.

From the pictures to the packaging it looks great, but as soon as my daughter put it on it started falling apart from the gem on the front to the straps that tie around her neck. She really just wanted the mermaid tail which she loves, but definitely wouldn't order again

This was very skimpy for a little ten year old girl, and then the tail was SO tight, I was afraid to let her in the water for fear she’s drown. We sent it back.😢
