Received a call for installation but was out of town when I received the call, asked him to come after 4 days, pathetic service from your end, the geyser stands uninstalled and no call’s received from your technician. Been 8-9 days.

Product is detective and its body also tilting
The media could not be loaded. Product is so bad and service support is so pathetic as concern of Racold . Simply service centre guy was saying that I have to ask for replacement to seller. Where is after sale company responsibility for warranty and replacements.
