CARBO LIQUID CARBON FERTILIZER FOR AQUARIUM PLANTS (5L)

I bought this as a substitute to the seachem one due to this being cheaper to buy. It seems to be working just as well as the seachem one so I would reccomend up to yet after using for a couple of months now

Love this. I used to use CO2 via a fire extinguisher, to dose into the tank, but then the recycling centre stopped accepting the empty tanks. So then I switched to a supplier, however this was very expensive and the tanks were a commercial size that did not fit under the tank. Enter liquid carbo! Solved my problems and the plants still look great. I’d definitely say they’ve slowed in growth, but this hasn’t been a bad thing. Algae is still not visible and fish are fine. Tank has been running on this now for over a month, so far very happy but would buy a bigger bottle next time.Also worth noting that this is dosed automatically into my tank with a dosing unit I can control by app. Highly worth it as you can also dose your fertilisers too!

Used in a hi-tech planted tank to aid the battle against algae. It doesn't add carbon to your plants, regardless of what people say. Algae in my set up is almost zero now.

Some come with measuring caps on the top kill 10 fish because I didn’t know about millilitres my fault
