Really lovely quality doll, nice quality clothes and lovely details, little gems on the dress and necklace.

We made her perfect with a little trim!!
The eyes lashes arrived faulty on our Elsa doll with one set of lashes missing but this ended being a blessing in disguise as we trimmed the other one down and Elsa looks amazing, she really is a beautiful doll and girls love her. The dress is amazing quality with a removable over skirt and her hair is lovely. We have the lots Disney store frozen dolls and this is now our favourite!

My daughter approves!!
Ok so when this arrived a few days before Christmas I was a bit like oh heck. She looks ok but not really what I expected her to look like. However my 2 year old ripped the paper off Christmas Day and screamed ELSA!!! So tbh it must look ok because she loved it!! I’ve taken the shoes away as they are a bit of choking hazard for smaller kids but she’s a lovely doll

The shoes do not stay on at all, which is annoying for our 3yo daughter.

Superb doll
Item is lovely. All joints can move such as wrists etc. Dress is lovely quality and overall doll is perfect.The recipient did question the eyelashes mind but hardly a concern lol.
