easy to swallow
My 11 year old loves these because they are small enough for him to swallow. He hates gummies and chewable vitamins, but can't swallow big vitamins, so these are perfect. I think they have good nutrients as well.

Only children's vitamin in a capsule form that I could find. My son hates the texture of gummies & chewables.
