The installation was seemingly daunting, but ultimately easy. I was afraid I was going to break something popping out dash pieces.It works great: good position, doesn't block anything. Would be great if it tilted.

Solid, good angle, made for the car. I don't subscribe to Traffic updates because I use WAZE (free), so I needed a good stand for my S4. This fits well. It will not tilt or swivel, just that one angle, but it works very well. Combined with the right phone holder and this is in use whenever I am in my G37. We did have to install it, which meant pulling parts of the console off, but it was not hard because my son is comfortable working on cars. After having worked with him on it, it seems doable by most willing to give it a try.

It probably works great once installed but the Amazon description does not disclose that it requires special tools to install. Had I known I would have ordered the required tools.Update: The dash tools arrived a week later and I installed the mount. It was fairly easy and it works well.

Would have been 5 stars if it wasn't a used item.
