This ignition works great, I like a couple features, that it is a simple plug and play fit for super easy install. And the design of the key with the rubber boot that covers over the ignition itself, I am thinking that this help keeping water out of the ignition preventing corrosion inside. I have this ignition mounted in the plastic fender on a quad so it is directly exposed to the weather.

Easy replacement to install. Wire harness plugged right into my 50cc Chinese quad. Working well without issues.

This switch was identical to the one on my machine with one exception; the connector was not pinned the same way as mine. I used a large diameter sewing needle to release the terminals and re-pin the connector to match my old one. It works well.

so i got this for my 125cc quad and if fried up my whole atv harness thanks this is for 150cc gy6 quads ur going to have depin it if u want it to workmake sure u double check the colors from ur old switch to see if the same so u wont go thru the hassle i went and for the seller at least put a warning about that or put what its actually for

This is not plug and play. You will need to reconfigure the wiring. A simple process. But compared to the price of the oem, this is a super good deal.

No problem fitting

The wires were connected to the plug differently then on my atv I had to modify it by cutting the plug off and wiring it to the original plug off the atv… but for the low cost I didn’t mind this. Hope this helps anyone who needs one know it can be an issue…
