Perfection!
I just had most of my right lung removed a week before Xmas. This ended up being the perfect ornament for our tree this year. (It’s even the right ‘right’ lung)

Not Giant
Don’t let the “Giant” part of Giant Microbes fool you. This is hand sized. Still a great product, but I expected bigger. My fault for not reading the measurements.
