Works very well and my ps4 pro controller functions like it's new!

I have been using them a lot during the years with different controllers and the quality is superior to other brands, they're easy to install, and very comfortable and softy, They work really well. I sure buy them again because they are really durable, the buttons feel like the original.

Only reason I didn't give these 5 starts was that they were not a direct fit 4 my PS4 controller. I am not sure if it was a series issue, honestly, haven't taken the time to find out. It was for the trigger buttons. I had to snip of a small tab that was sticking out on each side. After that, no issues. So in my mind, it was well worth the purchase price. A 2 year old controller brought back to like new condition. I will come back and update this review if I have any issues, not sure how long they will last. My son using this controller about 4 hours a day on average, so it will be a good test.

Cost of a controller? 60 dollars. Cost to fix the one I have? 10 dollars. Easy choice. The issue I was having was that my dpad wasn't always registering when i pushed Right, causing me to have to push harder to have it register the command. After temporarily fixing it with a PS3 rubber piece, I eventually started having the same issue because the PS3 part was ill-suited to be a permanent replacement. The rubber pieces in the PS3 controller are just a little larger than PS4. These face button replacements are the perfect size, and so far so good. If I need to replace it again, I have 3 more! But here's hoping this one lasts at least a little while. Some other reviews mentioned the trigger pads were too big, I didn't replace those so no comment there. The face button pads are perfect though!

resurected a bum ps4 controller. Exactly what I needed. Saved me a bundle.

Installation and opening the dualshock 4 was pretty easy (<15 minute job) as long as you have the correct tools. It successfully revived the tactility of the right-direction on my dualshock controller. Only issue of this dpad membrane is that it’s a lot more stiff/heavy compared to my original Dualshock 4 membrane and my Dualsense controller. I’m hoping that after some break-in period it gets more comfortable, but for now it’s a bit too heavy for my preference. I’ll update this review if it gets better with time.

These pads are way too mushy. I purchased to replace the OEM pads of a PS4 controller that's been heavily used, after installing tried them out and something felt off with them. I pulled out an older controller that still had the original pads to do a side by side comparison and these by far felt awful. I opted to keep the original pads for now until I can find a suitable replacement.
