Good but small
A good support belt. However order 1 to 2 sizes above what you think you need....

Very small!!! I’m a size 10 and ordered Medium but very very neat and no adjustment!!
It does help with back pain so can reduce painkillers!!

The belt was very small even i ordered large size. It wasn't the same as shown in the picture.
