Easily Upgrade-able to Budget Gaming PC
I bought this desktop to upgrade it to a budget gaming PC. All-in-all it worked out great. I can play a variety of games, new and old, with high to ultra high graphics, at 60 FPS. I'm using a 43" 4K UHD TV as a display.I replaced the stock power supply with an EVGA 450 BR 450W PSU ($60). Then I added in an XFX Radeon RX 570 8GB Graphics Card ($140). That's it.HOWEVER, if you go with the RX 570, take note that it JUST BARELY FITS. And even then, I had to unplug all the SATA cables as it overlaps the ports completely. I had to replace them with flat style SATA cables. I had to completely unhook the front USB ports as well, which is fine as I don't plan on using them. The card also just misses the RAM slots. Be sure to measure the space you have before buying a graphics card, I'm lucky it fit haha.So far I tested the following games:Doom Eternal (hybrid of high and ultra high graphics) 1080p - 60 FPSFallout 4 (ultra high) 1080p - 60 FPSSkyrim SE (ultra high) 1080p - 60 FPSHalo: Master Chief Collection (hybrid of high and ultra) 1080p - 60 FPSThe Sims 4 (all DLCs, max graphics) - 120 FPSMinecraft (fancy graphics) 1080p - 60 FPSI haven't added any extra cooling, and I haven't had any issues with overheating. You could also likely upgrade the CPU for somewhat cheap and increase the quality of your games. So far, the one it came with has not been a bottleneck for me, except for heavily modded Minecraft. The desktop also came with a couple of generic USB WiFi and Bluetooth dongles. They aren't the best. The WiFi is sketchy quality (I use the Ethernet port anyway) and the Bluetooth is a bit on the slow side. I put the USB keyboard and mouse right in the closet. They are very cheap and generic.Overall, this is a great desktop to pick up for the price. Good for gaming and just general use. Very fast and snappy. I highly recommend adding a decent GPU and a new PSU. Gaming on this machine has been a blast!

Quality machine for basic needs, but remember it is renewed and not brand new.
I bought two of these Dell Optiplex 9010 units from SKYTECH USA LLC for average general home usage. I thought they were an excellent deal considering what the specifications are.Sadly, the first unit quit working after three weeks. It did not boot and gave flashing error codes/blinking amber power button indicating a problem. While frustrating, I knew I had purchased a renewed unit, and unforeseen problems can arise at any time. Please know and remember this in advance of purchase. In email contact with Skytech customer support, after a couple of emails back and forth helping me troubleshoot, it was discovered the power supply was defective. Skytech immediately shipped a replacement power supply. A few days later, I installed the replacement, and everything was functioning as originally specified. All that being said, if you get a good unit to begin with, it is an excellent experience and value for a home computer. The additional wifi and bluetooth peripherals included work flawlessly. If you are comfortable with the possibility of having to troubleshoot and replace a part, you can snag a bargain. At this point, the second Optiplex 9010 is an absolutely wonderful machine, and I cannot praise it enough. If you are not a gamer, not interested in Windows 11, and not requiring the absolute latest hardware, then purchasing this unit is suggested. For the record, this is the first time I have purchased anything refurbished except from the official Dell refurbished online store. While my experience with buying renewed here on Amazon was not without issues, I would purchase from SKYTECH USA LLC again. Their customer service stood behind their product and made things right.

Great buy!
First off the bat the order came a day early, definitely a plus! It set up easy and runs great! Instructions for set up were piss poor. Just a sheet of paper with instuctions on how to reset to factory settings and how to activate the windows license. Had a wireless chip that came with it but i couldn't get it to work, luckily I had my own that worked. Keyboard and mouse also included worked fine and a bonus i didn't expect, an adapter for hdmi display was included. This pc will be used for home use so i have no idea how it will work for gaming. Overall I'm very pleased so far. Very fast set up, plug it in and go!. Set it up yesterday and its running great! Definitely a great deal for the price and will buy same place if i ever need another pc!

SKYTECH USA LLC shouldn't be selling on amazon
ok so I bought 2 towers from these folks at SKYTECH USA LLC, both arrived with 3 weeks to go to xmas. as they were bought for my children for basic gaming starter pc. 1 was golden in perfect condition. 1 was broken from what I believe was shipping as the box was crushed and the tower was broken due to this. the power button was broken, the side of tower was stuck on from the big drop. so, I called the amazon and they sent me a replacement fast. now we are sitting at 2 weeks to go to xmas. got the replacement and the hard drive on the replacement was broken, making very load grinding sound, shaking the whole tower. I then call amazon they hooked me up to the sky folks and we chatted back and forth for a few days. now 1 week to go before xmas. they said we very sorry that happened and we will send another one right out to you to replace it. so, 2 days before xmas the replacement hard drive got here. I set up it and powered it on and the "new" hard drive loaded with more grinding and guess what BLUE SCREEN of death. so, rebooting one more time the hard drive wouldn't even read the second time. basically, EPIC FAILURE for my son's XMAS. very unhappy, sending back first thing Monday am. will never buy anything if it's listed by SKYTECH USA LLC
